open the Rapid DELIVER app or select Rapid as a deliver option (available in some stores)
Download the Rapid DELIVER app on iOS or Android or select the Rapid Deliver option when you are checking out on your online order.

Enter your pickup and dropoff locations
Enter your pickup location or store and where the order will be deliered to.
Enter your store order number
If this is for an online order please enter the store order number.
Confirm the information and Request Pickup
Simply confirm all the information is correct including the original purchasers name.
Driver Notified
A driver will be notified and once they accept the pickup you will see who is coming to bring your package.
Delivered
Soon your package will be delivered. Remeber to rate your driver and if you would like to add on a tip you may.
